Room, breakfast, cleanliness! The personnel were extremely polite and helpful! The hotel was situated in a quiet area with several restaurants nearby. It was very close to the Lyon Conference Center.

Very convenient location, easy to reach from Part-Dieu and located in a beautiful part of the city. Very comfortable, with a perfectly adequate breakfast buffet and all amenities one could hope for in a hotel room. Great for a night's sleep, but also entirely alright to spend the day inside of and relax.

Breakfast and dinner were good, the room was Ok and there fortunately was not a lot of noise around me, the location close to a rose garden is actually nice and it was only a 10 minute walk to the conference center

I booked this hotel because it was walking distance to Lyon convention center where my niece had a conference. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The people at the reception desk were very helpful. The cleaning woman was also OK. The room was spic and span.

Location was very good to the conference center. One just had to walk across the bridge through a small park. The breakfast was also quite nice.

The staff was really friendly. The location was good enough (although it is located near the train station, the noise didn't bother me).
